What is the 2010 Patient Protection Act and Affordable Care Act

2010 Patient protection act and affordable care act which is amended on March 30, 2010, in the United State by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act. It is also known as Obamacare as it signed by President Obama. The main aim is to lower federal government spending on health care by reducing hospital visits and seek treatment for their illnesses before they became a crisis. It also provides subsidies (“premium tax credits” and “cost-sharing reductions”) to make it more affordable to the people. This law affects the smaller and larger business widely depends on the number of people you employ.
