Kuldeep David is 30 years old fitness model and Indian men’s physique model from New Delhi. Kuldeep was born and raised in New Delhi and he belongs to Gujjar Community. Later on, he shifted to Noida in 2003 with his family. As of now, he is living in Noida and running a restaurant in Greater Noida named Kar’s lounge and a gym named Kar’s Pro Fitness.

Kuldeep started preparing for bodybuilding in 2012 but his journey was not smooth at all. He often faced financial crunch during his preparation for the events. But he didn’t quit and gave his best. He started hitting the gym two times a day and started following a proper diet. He trained himself 6 days a week, with Sunday being an only full day off. He started eating a lot of chicken, pasta, salad, and vegetables.
Chocolate has been his weakness since schooldays but sometimes it’s good to have a healthy chocolate binge. Every time he steps on the track or gym he looks forward to learning something new about himself, digging deep, and seeing how far he can push himself. Finally, July 7th, 2019 and he was ready to participate with all the good athletes and finally, his trunk no. called out and he posed really well and gave his best on the stage while waiting for the results

After this event, he got enough confidence to participate in upcoming events. This turned out to be the turning point of his career. He got the direction to how to build a career in the fitness industry. July 2019 win gave him so much confidence that he decided to compete professionally. Later on, he started preparing for Olympia, one of the toughest bodybuilding competitions in the world.held in Mumbai, and when he returned to his village he got a warm welcome at the airport. His fans were gathered at the airport with garlands to welcome their local hero.
Now he is an official brand ambassador of Core1 nutrition supplements company
Before Mumbai, he competed north India and 1st place gold medal also overall win. Now he is enjoying every moment of his life ever since he turned a pro bodybuilder. His fondest memory is of appearing in a bodybuilding competition, within hours and winning a medal. Bodybuilding takes months to prepare for competition, and with his, dedication and hard work with top conditioning can help him to participate in any bodybuilding competition.
