Sagar Tugnait is a New Delhi based professional strong lifter and social media personality. Sagar was born and raised in Delhi and has completed his graduation from Delhi University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science stream. Sagar was a cricket player during his school days and has participated in various matches across Delhi NCR when he was in the 11th class.
After completing his schooling he did theatre in 2013 under the guidance of Arvind Gaur Sir. Meanwhile, he was also preparing for powerlifting competitions. Later on, in 2014, he started focusing more on bodybuilding and started preparing for bodybuilding competitions. He participated in the first competition in 2015. But in 2017 due to an injury, he stopped hardcore training. For almost 2 years he did not participated in any kind of event. In 2019 he again started preparing himself for the competitions.
Sagar is the son of veteran bodybuilder Som Tugnait and a well-known fitness expert in India. His father is the world and India powerlifting champion (Gold Medalist). He has written various fitness columns on the leading newspaper such as Hindustan Times, Times of India, Delhi Times, etc. He is also an IFBB pro league judge.

Apart from this, he has done theater . In 2017 he appeared in a movie called, Naarayan. As of now, he is working as a full-time fitness expert and fitness model. He has collaborated with various fitness brands across the globe.
Now because of some Injuries and politics in powerlifting, he has changed his field from power-lifting to bodybuilding. Nowadays he is preparing to compete in Classic Physique.
