Sohail Ahmad is a 28 Years old classic Bodybuilder & Fitness Coach, and social media influencer from Dehradun . Sohail Ahmad was born and raised in Dhampur (Sherkot) Uttar Pradesh and later on move to Dehradun. .He was a active sportsman during his school days. He has played cricket at state level. When he was In high school he started hitting the Gym on a serious level and participated in competitions. But at the age of 20 he moved to Dubai for job but even continued his workout there. He returned back to India in 2015 to continue his passion i.e. Fitness
But due to being in depression for 6 months he gained too much weight (98kg) .Then one day he saw his body in the mirror and relised that he was looking like a fat man from that day he promised him self that he will get back into shape.
