What is Patient Protection Act in the USA

Patient protection act or affordable care act is also called Obamacare, which is established on March 23, 2010, by the United States Congress and signed into law by President Barack Obama. This law grants protections and various rights which make health coverage more straightforward and easy to understand, along with subsidies to make it more affordable. It represents the US healthcare system together with the health care and education reconciliation act. It expands the Medicaid program to cover more people with low incomes which helps people to check their eligibility through these several programs.
